To begin… You make an enquiry

Pop into our office, message us on social media, give us a phone call or email us.

Then we either…

Arrange a time for you to come in for a chat. We’ll discuss where you are now and where you want to be. Together we can talk through your options or jump straight in and focus on whatever’s on the top of your to-do list e.g. writing your CV, prepping for an interview etc.

Or…

If you would be better suited talking to one of our partners, we’ll put you in contact with them!

For example, if you’re looking for a specific course we could point you to one of these partners. If you want further support during this process we’ll still be here for you and will try to help you with any arrangements you need.

The support we offer can range from a quick phone call, single meeting or on going, weekly meetings, all depending on what you want. We’re here to support you onto the career pathway of your choice, so what kind of assistance you want from us is up to you.

Finally…
Once you’ve moved on, we’ll call or email you for a quick catch up to see how you’re doing and to check if there’s anything else we can do to help!

Feel free to come back and see us at any time.
